I have worked from the ground up to establish Urban Capital Strategies as a leader in San Antonio’s commercial real estate market and I endeavor to uphold our ethics and professional practices to the highest standards. Our values are held firmly as we serve our community and professional industry. With these foundations at our core I believe Urban Capital Strategies can accomplish all things.

Before coming into real estate, my background was in architecture. From 2006-2015, I was a project manager for an architecture firm in San Antonio, providing services to the City of San Antonio, Bexar County, the State of Texas, Joint Base San Antonio, and the business community.

In 2014, I began the M.B.A. program at UTSA concentrating in Real Estate Finance with the express goal of adding to my skill set the needed tools to become a real estate developer. With the help of a mentor, I was able to break into real estate and established Urban Capital Strategies in 2015. Within one month, I had found my first deal and an investor to capitalize it. We threw ourselves forward and completed a successful commercial development. After that, I continued to find success in my work and we have expanded our expertise to include commercial development, residential land development, due diligence, commercial real estate agency, and commercial real estate consulting.
